Returns, refunds and cancellations

Chubears gummies are food supplements. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been opened, or that arrived in good condition.

Damaged, leaking, expired or wrong item

We will replace it or give you a full refund. To help us sort it quickly:

• Please record a short video while opening the parcel.
• Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp +91 80107 77722 or at chubears.help@gmail.com.
• Share your order reference or payment ID and the video or photos.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is dispatched. Message us with your order reference. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

When refunds arrive

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Failed payments

If money was deducted but your order did not go through, the payment is reversed automatically by Razorpay and your bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Message us if it hasn’t arrived.
